- Usage and Behavioral Data: We collect data about how you interact with the Service, including pages viewed, features used, search queries, event listings viewed, ticket purchases, time spent in the app, device type, operating system, and IP address.
- Location Information: If you enable location services, we collect your device location to provide location-based event recommendations and to help hosts understand attendee location data.

4. Third-Party Sharing

- Event Hosts: When you purchase a ticket, your name and email may be shared with the event host for check-in and event communication purposes.
- Analytics and Monitoring: We use third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics) to understand usage patterns. These services may collect data about your device and usage.
- Service Providers: We may share information with vendors, contractors, and service providers who assist us in operating the Service, including cloud hosting, email providers, and customer support platforms.
- Business Transfers: If Looped is acquired, merged, or sold, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
- Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, court order, or government request.
- No Sale of Personal Data: We do not sell personal information to third parties for commercial purposes.

- We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), secure authentication, and access controls.
- Payment information is processed through Stripe, which maintains PCI DSS Level 1 compliance and 256-bit encryption.
- However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you use the Service at your own risk.
- In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users and regulatory authorities as required by law.
8. Children's Privacy
- The Service is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
- If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will delete that information immediately.
