Last updated: April 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms and Eligibility
- By accessing and using the Looped Entertainment platform (the 'Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and purchase tickets or host events on Looped. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.
- You may not use the Service if you are prohibited by law or regulation from using it, or if you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- Looped Entertainment LLC is a California-registered LLC (registered January 6, 2026) providing this Service.
2. Account Registration and Responsibilities
- To access the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify Looped immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- You agree not to register multiple accounts to circumvent policies, manipulate event rankings, or engage in fraudulent activity.
- Looped reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason at its sole discretion.
3. Ticket Purchases and Event Attendance
- Looped is a ticketing platform that connects hosts, artists, guests, and promoters. Looped does not organize, host, or guarantee any events.
- When you purchase a ticket through Looped, you are entering into a transaction with the event host, not with Looped. The event host is responsible for event content, timing, venue, capacity, and quality.
- Looped provides no guarantee regarding event quality, artist performance, venue conditions, or guest experience. Event attendance is at your own risk.
- Event hosts retain the right to refuse entry to any guest for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of event policies, inappropriate conduct, or capacity limitations.
- Ticket purchases are non-transferable unless explicitly stated by the event host. QR code tickets are for single-use verification at event entry.
- You agree to comply with all event policies, venue rules, and applicable local laws and regulations when attending an event.
4. Payment Processing and Fees
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Your payment information is not stored on Looped servers; Stripe maintains PCI compliance for your security.
- Ticket prices displayed include the base ticket cost. Service fees, processing fees, and applicable taxes are added at checkout and clearly displayed before purchase confirmation.
- All transactions are final unless eligible for a refund under the Refund Policy. Looped retains platform fees from cancelled or refunded transactions.
- For disputes regarding charges, contact support@looped.com. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension.
- Looped is not responsible for payment processing delays, failed transactions, or errors caused by your bank or payment provider.
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed according to the published Refund Policy at /refunds. Please review that policy for detailed refund eligibility, processing times, and request procedures.
- Platform service fees are non-refundable. Only the base ticket price and processing fees may be eligible for refund in accordance with the Refund Policy.
- If an event is cancelled by the host, all attendees receive a full refund of the ticket price within 5-10 business days.
6. Host Responsibilities
- Event hosts are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and compliance of their event information, including title, description, date, time, location, capacity, and policies.
- Hosts must not post events that violate applicable laws, promote illegal activity, contain false or misleading information, or violate third-party intellectual property rights.
- Hosts must maintain accurate event details and inform Looped immediately of any changes, cancellations, or issues that affect attendees.
- Hosts are responsible for managing event capacity, verifying attendees, and enforcing entry policies. Overselling or overcapacity events are the host's responsibility.
- Hosts agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including but not limited to alcohol licensing, health and safety codes, and fire code regulations.
- Hosts indemnify and hold harmless Looped from any liability, claims, damages, or expenses arising from their event.
7. Artist and Promoter Obligations
- Artists agree to fulfill booked performances as confirmed unless mutual agreement to reschedule or cancel is reached with the host.
- Artists represent and warrant that they own or control all rights to the content they perform, and that their performance does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
- Promoters agree to accurately represent events and artists they promote. Misleading or fraudulent promotional content may result in account suspension.
- Artists and promoters agree to comply with all terms of service and policies published on the Looped platform.
8. Platform Fees and Commission
- Looped charges a commission on ticket sales and other transactions. The commission structure varies by service tier and is documented in your service agreement or displayed at checkout.
- Hosts are responsible for understanding the fee structure before listing events. All fees are clearly displayed before ticket sales.
- Promotional codes, discounts, and special offers may be subject to Looped approval and are governed by additional terms if applicable.
9. Intellectual Property
- Looped retains all rights to the Service, including the website, app, software, design, content, and trademarks. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without written permission.
- You retain ownership of content you upload, including event descriptions, artist profiles, and images. By uploading content, you grant Looped a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content on the platform and in marketing materials.
- You agree not to infringe on third-party intellectual property rights. Looped will remove infringing content upon request and may suspend your account for repeated violations.
10. Limitation of Liability
- TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOOPED ENTERTAINMENT LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
- LOOPED'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THIS SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE CLAIMANT TO LOOPED IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
- Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.
11. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
- These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
- Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS (Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services) in San Diego, California.
- Arbitration is conducted by a neutral arbitrator instead of a judge or jury. You agree to waive the right to a jury trial and class action lawsuits.
- Each party shall bear its own attorney fees and costs, except as otherwise provided by law. The arbitrator may award reasonable attorney fees and costs to the prevailing party if permitted by law.
- Before initiating arbitration, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation by contacting support@looped.com.
12. Termination and Account Suspension
- Looped may terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, in its sole discretion.
- Looped may suspend or restrict your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if payment fails.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Looped may delete your account data and any associated content.
- Sections regarding limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and indemnification shall survive termination of these Terms.
13. Modifications to Terms
- Looped reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated 'Last updated' date.
- Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
- If you do not agree to modified Terms, you must stop using the Service and may contact support@looped.com to request account deletion.
14. Indemnification
- You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Looped Entertainment LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party right.
