How the service fee works
When a guest buys a ticket, a small service fee is added at checkout. This covers Looped's platform fee and Stripe processing — you receive your full ticket price minus the platform fee only.
Example — $30 ticket (Host Pro)
Stripe fees are passed through at cost — Looped does not mark them up.
Common questions
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. Your 30-day trial starts the moment you sign up. We only ask for payment when your trial ends.
What happens when my trial ends?
You'll be prompted to subscribe to keep paid features. Your events and data are preserved either way.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your dashboard. No penalty, no questions asked.
When do hosts get paid?
Payouts process via Stripe Connect within 2 business days after a successful event.
What if a guest wants a refund?
Refund policy is set by the host per event. Looped handles the mechanics — you set the rules.
